Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Utilize sales software and tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong outside sales and market knowledge
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Proficient in using sales software and basic math calculations
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, including upselling techniques
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial
